From the second I founded my Flamenco studio, I was in search for outfits for my dancers, wondering what they will wear on their shows, rehearsals and classes.
Collecting items from all over the world, we ordered directly from Spain but I always felt
Something is missing. It was all very traditional and Normal, Flamenco speaking. I was always busy in styling and adjusting sets of clothing, jewelry and accessories for my dancers.
After 20 year I made up my mind: I must create something else, unique, up to date, and fashionable and yet can still be named “Flamenco”.
I designed my first collection especially for students, a result of my own need.
A minimal collection, in fashionable yet traditional colors, that preserves the Flamenco spirit, I have inhaled up to that precise moment.
I chose the outfit of each dancer meticulously, according to her caricature, style of dancing and her figure and size. Each skirt is adjusted in its silhouette and its use to every Palo and Palo, all designed to address my dancer’s needs and the choreography vision.
After a while, my aim was to sell to other studios around Israel, but never had I imagined I will sell in 11 professional Flamenco and dancing shops around the world, among them is the famous Flamenco chain of shops “Menkes”.
I was always grateful for the privilege of earning my living from my great passion.
Flamenco is my home, my language and my healer for many years and that is why I named my brand “Pasion” moda Flamenca, that’s what happens when Passion meats fashion.
